Accepted Payment Methods
miyabihobby.com accepts payments by the 2 methods listed below.

(A) PayPal (credit card, instant transfer)

(B) Credit card by Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay)

We do not accept payments by other methods such as pre-paid cards.

Due to a rise in fraudulent credit card payments worldwide, we may be required to ask customers to pay via PayPal in some instances. We may also ask new customers to send their first payment via PayPal due to safety reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding on this matter.



Payment Currency
Our store can only accept payments in Japanese Yen (JPY).



Payment Deadline
All payments must be made in full within seven (7) days from the date of the first order invoice.

We are unable to accept split payments or extend payment deadlines. Please note that combining orders will not extend your payment deadline.



When to Pay
You can use the Pay Later service.

However, this can only be used for products that have not been released yet.

Our payment gateway does not allow us to keep the funds for a long period.
Therefore, once it is closer to the release date, we will send an invoice by email.

First of all, please order the product that you would like to purchase.
The order will be cancelled once, but when the product is ready to be shipped, we will send you an invoice by email.

We do not charge a handling fee for the Pay Later service.

How to Pay
A "payment request" email with the order invoice will be sent when the order is ready for payment.

The email will be sent to the email address registered in your miyabihobby.com account. Please register a legit email address and make sure that your email account can receive emails from the miyabihobby.com domain.



Returns
All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If the product is damaged or contains defects the user agrees to report said defects to the site within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. The site will then determine the best course of action to be taken.
The company will not provide service for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order's date of receipt.



Cancellations
Please note that miyabihobby.com does not normally accept cancellations for paid orders.

As for pre-sales item, you can cancel your order 30 days before the release date.
If you cancel it after that, the following fee is deducted.


You can cancel one item for a partial refund.
We will refund you partial shipping cost and for the item you want to cancel.
However, there is a restocking fee.
See the information below.


As a general rule, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Should however special circumstances apply, a cancellation is possible and a restocking-fee of 15% will be deducted from your ordered items' value, the minimum fee being US $10.
miyabihobby.com reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a cancellation request or not.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers who want to return a shipped order may refer to our return policies.

Pre-orders cancelled up to 7 days prior to the release date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price.

Cancellations beyond this deadline will be charged a 15% cancellation-fee of the pre-ordered item(s), the minimum fee being US $10.
Free cancellations cannot be given for delayed release dates.



Abuse
If you have not notified "miyabihobby.com" of your will to cancel pre-order 30 days before release, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

While this is an absolute last resort in cases where we receive a large number of cancellations (either by customer request or due to non-payment) from a customer, we will first send several reminder notices and warnings in regards to our store's ordering policies. If the situation does not improve, we will be left with no other recourse but to permanently close that account and will be unable to accept any further orders.

Please note that other violations of our store policies, such as our purchase limit or multi-account policy, may also lead to account closure.
