Accepted Payment Methods
miyabihobby.com accepts payments by the 3 methods listed below:
- (A) Credit card by Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
- (B) WISE (or Bank transfer)
We do not accept payments by other methods such as pre-paid cards.
Important Notes on Payment Methods:
Please note that we may request WISE (bank transfer) at the time of payment for orders exceeding the initial total of 50,000 JPY.
(We will make this determination.)
For shipments to EU countries, payment is only accepted by WISE (bank transfer).
Due to an increase in fraudulent use, PayPal payments are not available. We appreciate your understanding.
Warning: Do Not Use Debit Cards
Please do not use your debit card on our site. Refund processing for debit cards is significantly delayed, and our system cannot handle issues related to their use.
Payment Currency
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Payment Deadline
Payment is required in full within 3 days from the date the first order invoice is sent.
We cannot accept split payments or grant deadline extensions. Combining orders will not extend the original payment deadline.
How to Pay
When your order is ready for payment, we will send a "payment request" email containing the invoice to the email address registered with your miyabihobby.com account. Please ensure your email settings allow emails from the @miyabihobby.com domain.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted. Please review our TERMS OF SERVICE for details.
