Import Duties, VAT, and GST (All Customers)
Prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, VAT, GST, or any local taxes.
These terms apply equally to all customers (both individual and corporate).
Payment Procedure (Prepayment Required):
To ensure smooth customs clearance in your country, all orders are accepted on a strict prepayment basis.
After you place an order, we will calculate the applicable duties/taxes and issue a separate invoice prior to shipping:
- Credit Card Payments: A 4% processing fee will be added to the invoice.
- Bank Transfer (via Wise): No processing fee (0%).
*Orders are dispatched only after the invoice payment has been fully confirmed.
Store Policies & Ordering Restrictions:
- EU Orders (Email Orders Only): Due to European regulatory requirements, orders to EU countries cannot be placed via our website checkout. EU customers must place orders exclusively via email.
- No Bulk Orders or Corporate Accounts: We do not offer B2B accounts, wholesale pricing, or volume discounts.
- Taxable Shipping: Shipping fees are legally subject to customs valuation and taxation.
- No Undervaluation: We cannot declare lower values or alter customs documentation under any circumstances.
- No Domestic Shipping: We ship internationally only. Shipments to addresses within Japan are not accepted.
