We regret to inform you that we have decided to **terminate our export shipping service for individual customers at the end of October 2025**.

We sincerely thank all customers who have utilized this service. While we have strived to maintain the service since its commencement, recent increases in international shipping costs and changes in export management systems have made it difficult to continue providing stable service to individual customers.

Therefore, all orders placed **on or after October 22, 2025** will be accepted **only from registered importers (corporations/business owners)**. We will no longer be able to accept orders from individual customers.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our loyal individual customers and thank you again for your long-standing support.

For all orders placed starting October 1, 2025, please note the following crucial terms of business:

• Pricing & Duties: The displayed product prices do not include any import duties or related taxes. Your company is responsible for bearing these charges in full.
• Shipping Terms (Incoterms): All shipments are made under the Incoterms rule "DAP (Delivered At Place)". Our responsibility for the shipment ends upon its arrival at the airport in Japan.
• Import Procedure & Responsibility:
  • You must arrange all necessary import procedures with a designated courier, such as **FedEx**, upon the shipment's arrival.
  • **Importation is solely your company's responsibility**; we cannot provide support for customs clearance or other import formalities.
• Required Information: When placing your order, you must include your "FedEx Account Number" in the remarks section.
• Pricing Policy: We do not offer any discounts or special pricing advantages for bulk purchases. The price displayed is the final selling price.
