Dear Customers,
With the end of the year being a season of holidays and celebrations, it is a busy period for both shops and the postal service. There are a few suggestions we would like to offer you for stress-free shopping.

1) Delivery may take longer than usual
International shipping is unpredictable by nature and is especially so during holidays. Please note that cannot guarantee that orders will arrive within a specific date (such as Christmas).

2) In-stock items recommended for use as presents
Pre-order and back-order items are not recommended for use as presents.
They are not yet available at our warehouse and we are unsure of when they can be shipped.
However, in-stock items are ready available at our warehouse and can be processed for shipment right away.

3) Express delivery (EMS/DHL) strongly recommended

Please use EMS or DHL for shipping if at all possible.
They are priority shipping methods and orders are delivered to the final destination as quickly as possible.
However, please note that your orders may still arrive late depending on the local postal conditions of your country even if Japan Post is working at its usual speed.
